Lead and Increase Stakeholder Engagement through awareness and transparency of all stakeholders and their roles within specific projects.
Develop a stakeholder engagement plan to continuously connect operations and business objectives to the specific requirements for each stakeholder group and client projects.
Establish relationships with key stakeholders that meets each requirement and agreed outcomes
Maintain stakeholder relationships once established through regular communication activities as identified with each stakeholders.
Build capacity and knowledge of each key stakeholder to ensure effective communication outcomes by clearly defining lines of communication
Communicate with stakeholders to communicate scope, requirement and details to engagement capabilities and identify gaps and weaknesses
Identify and understand stakeholder issues, interests, objectives and concerns to determine priorities and best practices.
Effectively manage the expectations of stakeholders by being clear about scope and changes within the project.
Pursue and build emergency response plans with client consistent with National Incident Management System (NIMS)
Pursue and build Supply and Logistics plans with client
Establish inventory and asset management system in depot-level distribution and accounting.
10-15 years of experience in a fast- paced consulting environment
5 years of experience with supply, logistics, and operating depots
5 years emergency response operations preferred
Extensive experience with high-level stakeholder engagement
Experienced in working with a people center practice to achieve client outcomes
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Project and Program Management experience
High level of professional presentation skills
Proven professional level capabilities to liase with stake holders
BS/BA required/MS/BA preferred
On-island presence in Puerto Rico desired with ability to engage remotely when required
Frequently communicates with clients and coworkers and must be able to share information effectively
Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects in sometimes high-pressure situations simultaneously
Self-motivator with ability to work independently
Plan, direct, and coordinate work activities of others
Frequently travels by airplane, train or car as necessary to perform work at another location
