Guidehouse Program Manager - Aviation Security in ARLINGTON, Virginia

What You Will Do :

  • Strategically manages multi-faceted program, developing product and service vision.

  • Responsible for building and successfully maintaining integrated management structure and evaluating overall performance. Manages subcontractor and program financials.

  • Meets regularly with government program manager to discuss performance, propose initiatives, and establish priorities.

What You Will Need :

- Requires a University Degree and minimum 10+ years of prior relevant consulting experience; some roles may require graduate-level education Master’s or Doctorate degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)

  • Master’s degree can be substituted as 4 years of experience.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP) or equivalent project or program management certification is required.

  • Experience running large teams (>50 FTE) and contracts (>$50M) providing nationwide service delivery (e.g., IT application portfolio development & O&M support, HSPD-12/PIV issuance, infrastructure protection program support, business/mission/program advisory and support) for departments/agencies involved in aviation safety and security

What Would be Nice to Have:

-15 years of relevant consulting experience primarily in IT.

-Experience with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
