What You Will Do :
Strategically manages multi-faceted program, developing product and service vision.
Responsible for building and successfully maintaining integrated management structure and evaluating overall performance. Manages subcontractor and program financials.
Meets regularly with government program manager to discuss performance, propose initiatives, and establish priorities.
What You Will Need :
- Requires a University Degree and minimum 10+ years of prior relevant consulting experience; some roles may require graduate-level education Master’s or Doctorate degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
Master’s degree can be substituted as 4 years of experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP) or equivalent project or program management certification is required.
Experience running large teams (>50 FTE) and contracts (>$50M) providing nationwide service delivery (e.g., IT application portfolio development & O&M support, HSPD-12/PIV issuance, infrastructure protection program support, business/mission/program advisory and support) for departments/agencies involved in aviation safety and security
What Would be Nice to Have:
-15 years of relevant consulting experience primarily in IT.
-Experience with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
